1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Service Description

LinkStay provides B2B travel services including hotel booking, travel product procurement, and related services. We act as an intermediary between travel suppliers and business clients.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
  • Using the service only for lawful purposes

4. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability and supplier terms. Cancellation policies vary by supplier and are clearly displayed at the time of booking. LinkStay reserves the right to cancel bookings due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

LinkStay's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Refund & Return Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed according to the specific terms of each travel supplier and the type of booking made. Not all bookings are eligible for refunds.

2. Cancellation Windows

Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing:

  • Free Cancellation: Up to 24-48 hours before check-in (varies by property)
  • Partial Refund: 24-72 hours before check-in (subject to supplier terms)
  • No Refund: Within 24 hours of check-in or no-show

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.

4. Non-Refundable Bookings

The following bookings are typically non-refundable:

  • Special rate or promotional bookings
  • Group bookings with specific terms
  • Bookings made within 24 hours of check-in
  • Non-refundable rate plans as indicated at booking

5. Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, refund policies may be modified. We will work with suppliers to provide the best possible resolution for affected customers.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has been denied, please contact our customer service team with your booking reference and detailed explanation of the issue.

Shipping Policy

1. Digital Service Delivery

LinkStay primarily provides digital services including hotel bookings, travel confirmations, and digital vouchers. These are delivered electronically via email or through our platform.

2. Confirmation Delivery

Booking confirmations and travel documents are typically delivered within 24 hours of successful payment. In urgent cases, confirmations may be available immediately upon booking completion.

3. Physical Documents

When physical documents are required (such as travel vouchers or tickets), we offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days (free)
  • Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (additional fee applies)
  • Overnight Delivery: Next business day (additional fee applies)

4. International Delivery

For international deliveries, additional processing time of 3-5 business days should be expected. Customs clearance may cause additional delays.

5. Delivery Tracking

Tracking information is provided for all physical shipments. Customers can monitor delivery status through our platform or via tracking numbers provided by shipping partners.

6. Delivery Issues
